Midwifery Care Package



♡  Prenatal care for low-risk pregnancies, including:

  • Lab work procedure (OB panel, CBC, GTT screen, GBS screen, platelet count, hematocrit & hemoglobin, urine & vaginal cultures, etc.)

  • Access to ultrasound

  • Fetal heart checks

  • Vitals checks (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)

  • Fetal positioning checks

  • Uterine measurement & palpation

  • Nutrition counseling

  • Exercise counseling

  • Mindfulness counseling

  • Childbirth education

  • Listening & time for conversation


♡  Labor & birth care, including: 

  • Attending you starting with active labor & throughout the duration of your labor

  • Home or birth center birth

  • Water birth

  • Newborn screenings and procedures


♡  Postpartum care at 24 hours, 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks after birth.


♡  Fee also includes:

Use of labor tub, all prenatal and postpartum care, attendance at your labor and birth, extra attendants, a doula, and more.



Extra services not included in fee:

  • Lab work processing $200

  • Ultrasound $160

    • We have an ultrasound tech who doesn’t bill insurance but can take HSA cards - you are also welcome to go to a provider who bills your insurance.

  • RoGham shots $150 - $300

    • If you have a negative blood type and your partner has a positive blood type, you will need these shots. Only about 10% of people need this done.

  • Physical exams

  • Physical and emotional health counseling, including:
    • Nutrition
    • Exercise
